Operation

• Arming procedure while ignition is off
  The system will arm immediately if the main button of a valid remote control is momentarily pressed, the doors will lock and all security functions will become active .
• Disarming procedure
  The system will disarm when the main button of a valid remote control is pressed.
• Auto Arming feature
  The immobiliser will automatically immobilise the engine 39 seconds after the engine has stopped, if the vehicle is left untouched.

Immobilisation

• Two independent circuits of immobilisation
  30 Amp rated, normally open contacts.
• Automatic immobilisation
  39 seconds after ignition switch is turned off.
• Safety circuitry incase of power failure
  System sources alternate power from ignition if main power is lost.
• Third circuit of immobilisation (optional)
  Additional immobilisation circuits can be added to conform with insurance company requirements .

On-board relays

• Protection against harsh road conditions
  All relays are fully encapsulated to provide protection against dust and moisture.

Controllers

• Two polycarbonate remote controls
  Rolling code encoder with over 18,000,000,000,000,000,000+ code combinations, transmitting via 433MHz PWM RF signal.
• Controller Type
  Uses two black ABS plastic remote controls with long life Lithium batteries.
• Large system memory
  Allows system to track three controllers.
• Controller re-programming
  Service technician can delete lost or stolen controllers from memory.
• Compatible Remotes
  This system comes standard with REM-015, but is compatible with REM-014,.
• Remote battery life
  Two CR2016 Lithium batteries have a expected average life span of between 9 and 18 months (depending on usage). Battery manufacturer may vary due to availability of stock. See the GP battery manufacturer website.

Wiring

• Security wiring
  All cables extending from the module are black and same diameter.
• Plug and play for service
  Designed to allow easy access for service technicians.
• Security housing
  Connector plug is enclosed within module case to prevent access by thief.
• Stealth wiring
  Cutting any immobilisation wiring will still leave the car secure.

Override

• Emergency Personal Identification Number override
  Enter the secret four digits to override the immobiliser .
• Alterable PIN
  Users can change the numbers of their secret override PIN .
• One shot override
  Immobiliser always re-arms to protect vehicle, re-enter PIN if vehicle needs to be driven after auto-arming has occurred.
• PIN card
  Secret override PIN is supplied on handy 90mm x 50mm card.

Visual Output

• Super bright red dash LED
  This LED flashes to inform user when system is armed. The LED is mounted on the driver's side dash and is visible from outside the window.
• Arm/Disarm confirmation
  System flashes car indicators when arming or disarming .

Central Locking

• Locks and unlocks all doors
  System can trigger factory central locking, aftermarket central locking or central locking relays .

• Current draw
  <10mA average while armed
  <150mA disarm (and for no more than 39 seconds after ignition is switched off).
• Operating voltage
  Operating voltage +9VDC to +15VDC.
• Operating temperature
  -20 degrees to +85 degrees for equipment designed to be installed within vehicle cabin.
• Polarity protection
  Accidentally reversing the battery leads will not damage the system.
• Short circuit protection
  Fuse protected in case any high power wiring is sheared through and shorted circuited.

Convenience Functions

• Electric window closer
  Provides signals used by electric window closers, system will close all electric windows when armed by remote control .

Limitation(s)

• Central locking pulse
  Central locking output cannot be extended to trigger pneumatic central locking systems (Mercedes), Suggest using P355.

  Guarantees control module is free from manufacturing defects for 24 months from time of purchase .
• Manufacturers warranty on Touch-keys
  Guarantees Touch-keys and socket are free from manufacturing defects for 12 months from time of purchase .
